The charging system was put into a mode where it would place a warning message before accepting an order, then putting it on-hold before placing a charge. Apparently the warning message was not strong enough and a number of orders were entered anyway.

Please be assured that none of these orders were charged and the orders were requested to be cancled with CCNow.
